Protected structure. Restoration of existing roofs and valleys with chimney flues relined, new rooflights, specialist historic repainting throughout, refurbishment and redecoration of timber sash windows, repairs to internal historic decorative plasterwork ceilings/cornices involving replication of historic cornices, restoration of facades including decorative Roman Cement embellishments. The project involved co-ordination of several specialist sub-contractors for repair / restoration of various conservation elements of the building.
